I want to take over the position. However, your current behaviors make you untrustworthy. Which makes talking to you difficult.

Civility should still be used, when I'm asking for a conversation with you. Which is also why I gave you the choice of speaking over this, or in person, to discuss this further.

I would rather this be a civil conversation, than an argument.
